Serving high quality baked goods in Kodiak since 2014.  With a variety of cakes, cupcakes, pastries, breads, and sourdough to choose from, we have something for everyone. 

Lamination is what makes a croissant so flakey.  The dough is rolled out to a thin sheet, then layered with butter, and goes through 3 folds creating 60 thin crispy layers of pastry and butter.
